Our plans come complete with a foundation plan, first and second floor plans, electrical plans, four elevations views, a cross section and stair detail and a roof plan. Additionally, a standard detail sheet is included with details of foundation walls, cornice and fireplaces. The standard package of plans includes 6 sets of plans but additional sets may be purchased for an additional $30.00 per set.
